- Doctors can use Kanon Health to get a second opinion or open topic-related groups to exchange with collegues.
- Doctors and practices have the opportunity to contact other practices or medical institutions via chat, e.g. to request missing documents.
- Doctors who want to do consultations can decide whenever they are “available” to patients for a private consultation. A consultation is also possible outside the opening hours of the practice.
Digital patient health record
Kanon Health provides a digital medical record. When you click on the patient’s name in the chat, you see additional medical information. But you only see what the patient has shared with you. This information includes documents such as medical reports, X-Rays, and basic information, e.g. medical history of the patient.
The digital medical record is accesible to the patient as well as the practice by just one click.
